12 crêpes
16 canned anchovy
100 g/3½ oz butter, softened
fillets, drained


1.Keep the crêpes warm or reheat stored crêpes. Finely chop 4 of the anchovy fillets.
2.Cream the butter in a bowl, then beat in the chopped anchovies
3.Gently spread the mixture over the crêpes and put a whole anchovy fillet in the middle of each. Roll up and serve.
