65 g/2 1⁄2 oz butter 800 g/1 3⁄4lb beansprouts
40 g/1 1⁄2oz Parmesan cheese, freshly grated salt


1.Melt the butter in a trying pan, add the beansprouts, season with salt and cook over a low heat, stirring frequently, tor about 10 minutes.
2.Sprinkle in the Parmesan, cook until the cheese melts, then remove the pan from the heat. Transfer to a warm serving dish·and serve immediately.
