800 g/1 3/4 lb broccoli, cut into florets
3 tablespoons olive
1 clove garlic 4 eggs


1.Cook the broccoli in a pan of salted, boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain.
2.Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the garlic clove and cook until golden brown. Remove and discard the garlic add the broccoli to the pan and cook over a low heat for few minutes.
3.Meanwhile, cook the eggs in boiling water for 4-5minutes,then removefromthepan,refreshundercoldwater and shell.
4.Arrange the eggs on a warm serving dish, spoon the salt broccoli around them and serve.
