8 chicken drumsticks
800 g buttermilk
200 g all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon(s) cumin
1 teaspoon(s) paprika
1 teaspoon(s) garlic, powder
1 tablespoon(s) cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon(s) thyme
1 teaspoon(s) oregano
3 tablespoon(s) corn starch
100 g cereal, crumbled
1 liter sunflower oil
French fries


1.Put the chicken drumsticks in a bowl. Add the buttermilk, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight to marinate it. Ideally, the plastic wrap should be touching the surface of the mixture.
2.Place a deep frying pan with sunflower oil over medium heat, to get very hot.
3.In another bowl add the flour, the cumin, the paprika, the garlic, the cayenne pepper, the thyme, the oregano, the cornstarch, the cereals, pepper, salt, and mix with a spoon.
4.Add the drumsticks into the dry marinade and then, dip them one more time into the buttermilk and the marinade.
5.Fry for 15-20 minutes until they are golden brown and cooked through.
6.Serve with French fries.
