Ingredients

130 g buttermilk
70 g tahini
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
2 clove(s) of garlic, powder
2 teaspoon(s) cumin, mashed
500 g chicken, breast fillet, chopped into large pieces
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
salt
pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 220* C (428* F) Fan.
2.Whisk the buttermilk, tahini, lemon juice, mashed garlic and cumin powder, together in a bowl. Add the chicken and toss.
3.Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Transfer chicken to pan, being careful to coat the chicken with all of the marinade.
4.Drizzle some olive oil over the chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown.
5.For a little extra taste, you can add a bouillon cube to the marinade.
