
400 g/14 oz Caesar's mushrooms, trimmed | |
juice of 1⁄2 lemon, strained | |
1 small sprig fresh marjoram, chopped olive oil, for drizzling • salt |
1. | Thinly slice the mushrooms, place in a bowl and sprinkle with the lemon juice and marjoram. |
2. | Season with salt and drizzle with olive oil. Toss and serve. |
