400 g/14 oz Caesar's mushrooms, trimmed
juice of 1⁄2 lemon, strained
1 small sprig fresh marjoram, chopped olive oil, for drizzling • salt


1.Thinly slice the mushrooms, place in a bowl and sprinkle with the lemon juice and marjoram.
2.Season with salt and drizzle with olive oil. Toss and serve.
