25 g/1 oz Italan salami, diced 25 g/1 oz cooked ham, dice 1 egg, lightly beaten | |
25 g/1 oz ricotta cheese, crumbled salt and pepper |
1. | Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7 Brush a baking sheet with olive ol or line with baking parchment. Knead the dough for 1 minute. |
2. | Roll out on a lightly floured surface into 2 rounds. Mix together the mozzarella, salami, ham and egg, then season with salt and pepper and add the ricotta Scatter the mixture on 1 side of each dough round and fold the rounds in hall. |
3. | Crimp the edges to seal. Place on the baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes. |
