12 crepes butter, for greasing
150 g/5 oz mild Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
100 g/3 1⁄2 oz mascarpone cheese
12 shelled walnuts, chopped 4 tablespoons double cream


1.Prepare the crepes and leave to cool. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Grease an ovenproof dish with butter.
2.Mix together the Gorgonzola and mascarpone in a bowl and add the walnuts. Spread the mixture over the crepes, fold into four and arrange in the prepared dish.
3.Sprinkle with the cream and bake until the cream is absorbed.
