3 small fresh goats' cheeses, at room temperature
100 g/3½ oz mature Gorgonzola cheese
4 wholemeal bread slices
chopped fresh chives, to garnish


1.Put the cheeses into a bowl and mash well with a fork.
2.Cut the bread slices in half and spread with the cheese mixture.
3.Sprinkle with chives to garnish and store in a cool place until ready to serve.
