12 red cherry tomatoes
250 g/9 oz white crab meat, drained if canned
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
salt and pepper
12 black olives, to garnish


1.Cut the tops off the tomatoes and scoop out some of the pulp.
2.Sprinkle the insides with salt and place them upside down on kitchen paper to drain.
3.Mix the crab meat with the mayonnaise in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
4.Fill the tomatoes with the crab mixture and garnish with the olives.
