
350 g brown sugar | |
100 g granulated sugar | |
250 g butter, at room temperature | |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract | |
2 eggs, medium | |
350 g all-purpose flour | |
1 tablespoon(s) baking powder | |
1 pinch salt | |
500 g chocolate couverture |
1. | Preheat the oven to 180ο C (350ο F) set to fan. |
2. | In a mixer’s bowl add the brown and the granulated sugar, the butter, and beat with the paddle attachment at high speed, for 2-3 minutes, until fluffy. |
3. | Add the vanilla, the eggs one by one, and beat at low speed. Wait for each egg to be incorporated before adding the next. |
4. | In a bowl add the flour, the baking powder, the salt, the chocolate finely chopped, and mix. Add them to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients and beat at low speed for 10 seconds. |
5. | Line a 30x40 cm baking pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture in. Spread it with wet hands and bake for 13-15 minutes. |
6. | Let it cool and serve. |
