
2 cups of spinach, (or other leafy green) | |
1 cup coconut water, (or plain water) | |
2 bananas,, sliced and frozen | |
1/2 avocado | |
2 kiwi fruit,, peeled and sliced | |
1/2 cup blueberries | |
1/4 cup coconut flakes | |
2 tbsp sunflower seeds |
1. | Add all smoothie bowl ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until thick and creamy. |
2. | Pour into a bowl and top with kiwi, blueberries, coconut and sunflower seeds. |
