2 cups of spinach, (or other leafy green)
1 cup coconut water, (or plain water)
2 bananas,, sliced and frozen
1/2 avocado
2 kiwi fruit,, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup coconut flakes
2 tbsp sunflower seeds


1.Add all smoothie bowl ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until thick and creamy.
2.Pour into a bowl and top with kiwi, blueberries, coconut and sunflower seeds.
