
1/2 cup coconut ice cream | |
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk | |
1/4 tsp vanilla extract | |
1 TBSP cashew butter | |
pinch sea salt | |
2 tbsp Dairy Free Whipped Cream optional, for topping | |
Vegan Cashew Caramel Sauce | |
1/4 cup coconut oil | |
1/4 cup maple syrup | |
1 TBSP cashew butter | |
pinch sea salt |
1. | Make the Vegan Cashew Caramel |
2. | Microwave the maple syrup and coconut oil together for 30-60 seconds, or until coconut oil is melted |
3. | Add the cashew butter and salt, whisk together until smooth. |
4. | Make the milkshake |
5. | Add the coconut ice cream, almond milk, cashew butter, vanilla extract and salt to a blender. |
6. | Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with vegan whipped cream and vegan cashew caramel sauce. |
