1/2 cup coconut ice cream
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 TBSP cashew butter
pinch sea salt
2 tbsp Dairy Free Whipped Cream optional, for topping
Vegan Cashew Caramel Sauce
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 TBSP cashew butter
pinch sea salt


1.Make the Vegan Cashew Caramel
2.Microwave the maple syrup and coconut oil together for 30-60 seconds, or until coconut oil is melted
3.Add the cashew butter and salt, whisk together until smooth.
4.Make the milkshake
5.Add the coconut ice cream, almond milk, cashew butter, vanilla extract and salt to a blender.
6.Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with vegan whipped cream and vegan cashew caramel sauce.
