3 tablespoon chili powder
2 ½ tablespoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons salt
Optional: 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper


1.In a small bowl mix together the cumin, chili powder, dried oregano, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. For each pound of meat you’ll need about 2-2 ½ tablespoons taco seasoning, depending on your intensity preference.
