Ingredients

3 cups strong coffee drink at room temperature
10 tbsp. black rum
6 large yolks
2/3 cup sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 kg of mascarpone
1 cup whipped cream in a viscous form
2 packs of savoy biscuits half half cocoa - vanilla
4 tbsp. sweet cocoa
3/4 cup chocolate grated
The fastest and easiest individual tiramisu in a glass, rich in flavor and airy in texture!

Instructions

1. We start the easy tiramisu in a glass, putting in a bowl the coffee and 6 tbsp. rum. Put the yolks in the bucket of the mixer, add salt and sugar and beat for 2-3 minutes, until the mixture hangs well.
2.Add the remaining rum (4 tbsp) and beat again for half a minute. Mix the mixture with a spatula to peel off the walls of the bowl and add the mascarpone. Beat for about 1 minute on low speed until the mixture is homogeneous. Pour in 2 tablespoons of whipped cream and stir by cutting the mixture with a spoon and stirring. Then add the rest of the cream, stirring gently with a spoon or spatula to homogenize the mascarpone cream for easy tiramisu glass.
3. One by one, quickly dip the cookies in the coffee (be careful not to soak them too much) and distribute them evenly, from one layer to the glasses.
4. Spread two tablespoons of cream with a spoon. Sprinkle with a little cocoa and a little chocolate zest.
5.Repeat one layer of cookies, one layer the rest of the cream, sprinkle the rest of the cocoa and the rest of the chocolate zest. Leave the tiramisu in the fridge to cool.
