
2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar | |
1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon orange or apple juice | |
freshly ground black pepper |
1. | Place the wholegrain mustard, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, orange or apple juice and pepper in a screw- top jar, replace the lid and shake well to combine. |
2. | Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. |
