2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon orange or apple juice
freshly ground black pepper


1.Place the wholegrain mustard, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, orange or apple juice and pepper in a screw- top jar, replace the lid and shake well to combine.
2.Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
