Ingredients

100 g/32 oz cloves garlic
100 g/32 oz butter, softened

Instructions

1.Blanch the garlic in boiling water for about 1 minute until just tender, then drain, peel and mash.
2.Cream the butter in a bowl, then beat in the mashed garlic.
3.For warm garlic bread or steaks.
