150 g/5 oz white bread slices, crusts removed
800 g/1 3/4 lb tomatoes
2 red peppers, halved and de-seeded 2 cucumbers 1 clove garlic
2 spring onions 3-4 tablespoons olive oil juice of 1 lemon, strained
ice cubes salt and pepper
