300 g/11 oz mild Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons single cream or 100 ml/3½ fl oz milk
1 tablespoon grated horseradish
salt and pepper


1.Cream the Gorgonzola in a bowl, then gradually beat in the cream or milk.
2. When the mixture has a creamy consistency, season with salt and pepper and add the grated horseradish.
3.Mix well and serve.
4.For canapés or raw vegetables.
