2 kilos goat, leg, into portions
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 onion
2 clove(s) of garlic
1 1/2 kilo potatoes
1 stick(s) cinnamon
1 teaspoon(s) allspice, berries
2 sprig(s) rosemary
1 tablespoon(s) tomato paste
200 g red wine
1 chicken bouillon cube
400 g canned tomatoes
600 g water
To serve
1 lemon, slices
olive oil
lemon zest, of 1 lemon
feta cheese


1.Place a pot over high heat.
2.Put the goat pieces into a bowl and add olive oil, salt, pepper, and mix. Transfer to the pot and sauté until golden brown on all sides.
3.Coarsely chop the onion and the garlic, and add them to the pot.
4.Cut the potatoes into large pieces and add them to the pot.
5.Add the cinnamon, the allspice, the rosemary, the tomato paste, the wine, and mix.
6.Add the chicken bouillon cube, the tomatoes, the water, and cover with the lid.
7.Simmer at low heat for 2-2 ½ hours.
8.Serve with lemon zest and slices, olive oil, pepper, parsley, feta, and oregano.
