2 tsp fresh ginger grated
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp canola oil or other neutral oil with high smoke point
For the Marinade
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon ginger root grated
