400 g/14 oz cooked ham, diced
120 g/4 az robiola cheese, diced
50 g/2 oz butter, softened
3kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced, to gamish
Salt and peper


1.Put the ham, cheese and butter in a lood processor and season with sait and pepper. Process until smooth.
2.Line a mould with cling film, spoon in the ham mousse and smoolh the surface.
3.Cover with more cling film and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Turn out and garnish with the kiwi fruits.
