120 g/4 oz cooked ham chopped
1 sprig fresh flat -leaf parsley, choppeo 1 tablespoon freshly grated Parrnesan cheese
2 tablespoons double cream
25 g/ 1 oz butter salt and pepper


1.Lightly beat the eggs and stir in ttle 11am, parsley, Parmesan and cream. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
2.Melt the butter in a frying pan, pour in the mixture and cook until golden brown on bott1 sides. Serve hot.
