
3 cups milk, (coconut, almond, hemp, etc or water) | |
2 tbsp raw cacao | |
2 tbsp goji berries | |
2 tsp maca powder | |
1 tbsp chia seeds, (ground with a spice grinder) | |
1 tbsp coconut oil,, melted | |
4 dates | |
1/4 tsp cinnamon | |
1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder | |
pinch cardamom | |
pinch sea salt |
1. | Heat the milk in a pot on medium heat, until boiling. |
2. | Transfer the milk to a high-powered blender along with all other ingredients. Blend on high for 20 seconds or until mixed and frothy. Serve immediately and top with a sprinkle of raw cacao. |
