1 kilo kale
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 teaspoon(s) paprika, sweet
1 teaspoon(s) garlic, powder


1.Preheat oven over 90οC (190* F) Set to Fan.
2.Using a knife, cut the stem of the kale and then tear leaves with your hands. Transfer the pieces to a bowl.
3.Drizzle with olive oil and mix. Add salt and pepper and mix.
4.Spread the kale over 3 baking pans lined with parchment paper. Don’t crowd kale on the pan.
5.Bake for 30 minutes.
6.Turn the leaves over and bake for 30 more minutes until they are completely dry and crunchy.
7.Remove baking pans from oven.
8.Transfer the kale to a big bowl.
9.Add the paprika, garlic and mix.
10.Allow 15 minutes to completely cool and serve.
