1/4 cup tahini
1/3 cup water
1 lemon, juiced
1 garlic clove, minced
salt and pepper, to taste


1.Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together.
2.Store it in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.
3.Add more water as needed for a thinner consistency.
4.This recipe makes approximately 2/3 cup of dressing.
