
1/4 cup tahini | |
1/3 cup water | |
1 lemon, juiced | |
1 garlic clove, minced | |
salt and pepper, to taste |
1. | Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together. |
2. | Store it in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week. |
3. | Add more water as needed for a thinner consistency. |
4. | This recipe makes approximately 2/3 cup of dressing. |
