plain flour, for dusting 5-6 tomatoes, peeled and chopped 150 g/5 oz mozzarella cheese Sliced | |
6 fresh basil leaves, torn salt and pepper |
1. | Preheat the oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7. Brusha baking sheet with olive oil or line with baking parchment. |
2. | Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface, then press it out on the sheet. Scatter the tomatoes on top and drizzle with oil. |
3. | Bake for 15-20 minutes. Add the mozzarella slices and basil, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil. Bake for a further 7-8 minutes. |
