1 large grapefruit, juiced
1 lime, juiced
3 ounces vodka or gin
2 ounces Cointreau
Club soda
Jalapeño slices, grapefruit peel and/or hibiscus flowers, for garnish


1.Combine all the ingredients, except the club soda and citrus garnishes, in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain over two pretty cocktail glasses filled with ice. Add club soda for a dash of fizz, if you wish. Garnish the drinks with jalapeno slices and grapefruit peel twist. Serves 2.
