Ingredients

120 g tahini, or peanut butter
80 g honey
60 g protein powder, whey
1 egg, medium
1 pinch salt
1/3 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
100 g oats

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180ο C (350ο F) set to fan.
2.In a bowl add the tahini, the honey, the protein powder, the egg, salt, the cinnamon, and mix with a wooden spoon.
3.Add the oats and mix well until the ingredients homogenized.
4.Divide the mixture into 8 pieces and shape it into balls.
5.Transfer to a baking pan and press it lightly with your hands
6.Bake for 10 minutes.
7.Let the cookies cool and serve.
