
120 g tahini, or peanut butter | |
80 g honey | |
60 g protein powder, whey | |
1 egg, medium | |
1 pinch salt | |
1/3 teaspoon(s) cinnamon | |
100 g oats |
1. | Preheat the oven to 180ο C (350ο F) set to fan. |
2. | In a bowl add the tahini, the honey, the protein powder, the egg, salt, the cinnamon, and mix with a wooden spoon. |
3. | Add the oats and mix well until the ingredients homogenized. |
4. | Divide the mixture into 8 pieces and shape it into balls. |
5. | Transfer to a baking pan and press it lightly with your hands |
6. | Bake for 10 minutes. |
7. | Let the cookies cool and serve. |
