100 g/3½ oz Roquefort cheese, crumbled
100 g/3½ oz cream cheese
2 tablespoons double cream
4-6 wholemeal bread slices, crusts removed
salt and pepper
white and black grapes, to garnish


1.Beat the cheeses together in a bowl with a fork
2.Beat in the cream, season with salt and pepper and beat with a small whisk until soft and creamy.
3.Cut the slices of the bread in half and spread with the cream cheese mixture.
4.Garnish each piece with 1 white grape and 1 black grape.
