4 fairly thick slices cooked ham
1 quantity Russian Salad
8 pickled pearl onions, drained
lettuce leaves, to serve


1.Place the slices of ham flat on a work surface.
2.Spread a heaped tablespoon of Russian salad on each one.
3.Roll up and insert a pickled pearl onion at each end of the rolls.
4.Place the roulades on a bed of lettuce leaves arranged in the shape of a fan on a serving platter.
