Ingredients

100g/3½ oz butter
15 fresh sage leaves
salt

Instructions

1.Melt the butter in a small saucepan over a low heat.
2.When it starts to colour, add the sage and season with salt.
3.When the leaves are crisp, remove from the heat and serve the butter immediately.
4.For boiled rice, grilled meat or ravioli.
