
1 small cauliflower 2 carrots, cut into thin strips | |
1·clove garlic, finely chopped juice of 1 lemon, strained | |
1 tablespoon dry white wine 3 tablespoons olive oil 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin seeds pinch of paprika salt |
1. | Cut only the most tender florets from the cauliflower and put into a salad bowl. Add the carrots and garlic. |
2. | Mix together the lemon juice, wine, olive oil, cumin seeds, paprika and a pinch of salt in a jug. Pour the dressing over the florets and mix well. |
