400 ml/14 fl oz olive oil
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
juice of 1 lemon, strained
dash of Tabasco sauce


1.Pour the olive oil into a large bowl, add the Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and a dash of Tabasco and season with salt.
2.Whisk well to mix. Marinate meat for 2 hours.
3.For red or white meat.
