100 g/32 oz spinach
100 g/3½ oz butter, softened


1.Cook the spinach in just the water clinging to its leaves after washing for 5 minutes until tender.
2.Drain well, squeezing out as much liquid as possible, and chop finely.
3.Cream the butter in a bowl, then beat in the spinach and season with salt.
4.For roast meat.
