BASE
300 g (10 oz) wholemeal self-raising flour 50 g (2 oz) unsaturated spread 150 ml (1/4 pint) skimmed milk
TOPPING
1 tablespoon olive oil 2 large onions, chopped
1-2 garlic cloves 1 green or red pepper, cored, deseeded and sliced
2 x 400 g (13 oz) cans tomatoes 2 tablespoons tomato purée large handful of basil or thyme, chopped
125 g (4 oz) low-fat mozzarella cheese, sliced freshly ground black pepper basil sprigs, to garnish
