Ingredients

2 slices artisan whole grain bread (or gluten free bread of choice)
3 ounces mozzarella
½ avocado, sliced
1-2 slices turkey bacon
sliced roma tomatoes, if desired
2 basil leaves
butter, for spreading

Instructions

1.Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
2.Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
3.Heat a skillet over medium high heat and add in sandwich. Cover with a lid and cook about 5 minutes, or until golden brown on bottom.
4.Carefully flip sandwich, reduce heat to medium and cook a few more minutes or until the cheese has melted and bread is golden brown. Enjoy immediately!
