Ingredients

olive oil, for brushing and drizzling
1kg/2 1⁄4lb turnip tops 1⁄2 clove garlic , sliced juice of 1⁄2lemon, strained salt and pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6, Cut four sheets of foil and brush generously with olive oil. Divide the turnip tops among them and put asmall slice of garlic in the middleof each.
2.Sprinkle with the lemon juice drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper and fold the foil over to enclose.
3. Place on a bakrng sheet and bake for about 40 minutes. Remove from the oven, leave to stand for a few minutes, then place on a warm serving dish.
