Ingredients

200 g/7 oz green lentils, soaked in cold water for 3 hours and drained
100 g/3 1/2 oz red lentils, soaked in cold water for 3 hours and drained
2 baby onions, halved 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 sprig fresh thyme
200 ml/7 fl oz double cream pinch of freshly grated nutmeg salt and pepper
