2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
6 tablespoons olive oil


1.Whisk a generous pinch of salt into the vinegar in a bowl.
2.Add the olive oil and whisk well.
3.To make the dressing even tastier, you can add a little anchovy paste, 1 tablespoon natural yogurt or 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
