4 watermelon radishes
1 large cucumber
1 1/2 cups microgreens
1 tsp black lava salt
1/2 recipe lemon vinaigrette


1.Use a mandoline to slice very thin slices of the watermelon radishes and cucumber.
2.Plate the salads by alternating slices or radish, cucumber and small handfuls of microgreens. Sprinkle the black lava salt on top.
3.Make the lemon vinaigrette and drizzle on top of the salad.
