
4 watermelon radishes | |
1 large cucumber | |
1 1/2 cups microgreens | |
1 tsp black lava salt | |
1/2 recipe lemon vinaigrette |
1. | Use a mandoline to slice very thin slices of the watermelon radishes and cucumber. |
2. | Plate the salads by alternating slices or radish, cucumber and small handfuls of microgreens. Sprinkle the black lava salt on top. |
3. | Make the lemon vinaigrette and drizzle on top of the salad. |
