1⁄2 white cabbage, cored and shredded 2 carrots, cut into thin batons
1 celery stick, cut into thin batons 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
1 sprig fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
120 ml/4 fl oz Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce • salt and pepper


1.Put the cabbage in a salad bowl and add the carrots,and celery. Sprinkle the salad with the spring onion and parsley, season with salt and pepper and toss.
2. Mix together the mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl, add to the salad and toss again.
