Ingredients

1 onion, sliced
1 litre/1.5 pints dry white wine
250 ml/8 fl oz olive oil
juice of 1 lemon, strained
salt and pepper

Instructions

1.Place the onion in a bowl, add the wine, olive oil and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
2.Marinate fish for 2 hours.
3.For fish.
