Ingredients

200 g fresh cream cheese (Nivato), 9%
50 g sun-dried tomatoes
pepper
4 pita breads, whole wheat
2 chicken, breast fillets, roasted
zest, of 1 lemon
2 spring onions
30 g capers
1/2 cucumber
100 g rocket

Instructions

1.For the filling
2.In a food processor, beat the nivato cheese, sun dried tomatoes and pepper, until completely combined.
3.To assemble
4.Spread out the pita breads on a clean working surface and add 1 tablespoon of the filling to each one.
5.Cut the roasted chicken into 0.5 cm slices and divide it between the pita breads.

7.Finely chop the green part of the spring onions and add it over the chicken.
8.Add the pepper and capers.
9.Peel the cucumber and thinly slice it all around until the part with the seeds is left behind.
10.Add the cucumber slices and rocket leaves.
11.Wrap the pita breads, cut in half and serve.
